Tari Beroszi – Seeing Sound

‘Seeing sound’ is a series of images by photographer Tari Beroszi that explores sound and photography. Beroszi uses photography as a translation of music. Listening to a certain song and then representing the energy of the song in a photo.

My work is the result of looking at things carefully with my eyes wide open and sometimes seeing with them closed as well, of listening to that voice that talks to my ear, of following my intuition and of believing with passion in beauty and art.

Claude Debussy, Gigues – image 3 & 4

Erik Satie, Gnossienne no.1 – image 1 & 2

Handel, Menuet from Water Music – image 1 & 2

What would be interesting to find out is wether the images are exhibited with the music, or if the viewer is left to imagine the sound.
